Identify permission errors

If any status indicators on the agent app are red, there may be errors with permissions.

Steps

  1. Open System Preferences, then click the settings for the agent.
  2. Click the Settings button (circled in the image below) in the selected section to configure preferences.

Installation Logs: To review the installation logs, navigate to /Library/Logs/com.forcepoint.neo/install/install.log and /private/var/log/install.log
