1.   INTRODUCTION

Classifier Reporting Server is a web-based application providing a centralised reporting and dashboarding solution. It enables organisations to provide their end users with the ability to access, design, and manage dashboards and reports effectively and monitor the data classification activities enforced by the Classifier suite of products. Classifier Reporting Server will be deployed by enterprise customers in place of the current Classifier Reporting Console. In conjunction with an access control system it will alleviate the concern of providing end users direct access to SQL server farms.

2.   INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Installation details can be found in the Classifier Reporting Server User Guide.

Previous version of Classifier Reporting Server must be uninstalled prior to installation of this version.

Command line installation is not supported.

• "WebDAV publishing" must not be enabled within Web Server (IIS) features.

5.1 Classifier Reporting Server 1.0.0

• The first version.

 

5.2 Classifier Reporting Server 1.1.0

• New documents now default to restricted access to Author or role members with system level access to the document only.
• New connections can be created using free text connection strings.
• Select "All" is now available when enabling templates.
• Numerous bugs fixes and UI improvements.

 

5.3 Classifier Reporting Server 1.2.0

• Error when importing intelligence packs resolved.
