1.   INTRODUCTION

The Boldon James Classifier Reporting Intelligence Pack contains a set of reports and dashboards that can be hosted by the Boldon James Classifier Reporting Server and display data in the Classifier Reporting Database. 

2.   SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Pre-requisites

• A server containing an installation of the Classifier Reporting Server version 1.1 or higher
• A Classifier Reporting Database (ClassifierEventsDB) that can be accessed by users of the Classifier Reporting Server.  The database should be version 2.1 or higher.

3.   INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To use the dashboards and reports in the Classifier Reporting Intelligence Pack users should follow in the instructions in the Classifier Reporting Server guide and perform the following additional steps.

• The user's account or SQL logon should be mapped to either the ClassifierConsumerRole or ClassifierMaskedConsumerRole as described in the Reporting System Guide (part of the Classifier Reporting Services product).
• When the connection to the ClassifierEventsDB database is configured in the Web reporting server all the procedures should be selected. This is done when configuring the connection by first selecting the DATA tab, then selecting the PROCEDURES tab. On that tab the (All) checkbox should be selected. Finally the connection details should be saved.

4.   COMPARISON WITH PREVIOUS RELEASES

4.1 Intelligence Pack 2.1.0

• The drill-down user interaction in dashboards has been increased from 3 selectors to 5 selectors.
• All user names are displayed in lower case characters so that if a username contains upper case characters in some events and lower case characters in other events, they are not displayed as different users in reports. This only applies to usernames read into the database from Version 2.1.0 onwards. (CSD 00010704).

4.2 Intelligence Pack 1.0.0

• This is the first release.
