Neo agent status

The Endpoint management dashboard and Details panel display the status of Neo for each endpoint.

The Neo agent status displays on the Endpoint management dashboard and in the Details panel. Status information is available as soon as installation begins.

Supported statuses include:

• Running
• Running with errors
• Installation/upgrade in progress
• Installation/upgrade/uninstall failed
• Neo uninstalled by user/system
• Offline

On the Endpoint management dashboard, you can view and sort devices by status. On the Details panel, you can use the Download icon to download diagnostic data for troubleshooting from any relevant status, such as Installation failed.
