Uninstall Neo on Windows endpoints. Neo is a cloud-managed endpoint that runs on both Windows and Mac.
Complete the following steps to uninstall Forcepoint
Neo on a Windows endpoint.
Steps

On the MECM server, open the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and navigate to the Software Library and go to.

Next, click on Forcepoint
Neo application. In the bottom pane select Deployments tab, and then right click on your deployment and
select Delete.

Next, right-click on the Forcepoint
Neo application to select Deploy to open the Deploy Software Wizard.

Click Browse.. to select the collection for deployment and then select the device collection for deployment.

Click Add to add distribution point and select the distribution point.

On the Deployment Settings tab, in the Action drop down, select Uninstall.

Next, enter the Scheduling, User experience, and Alert details as follows:

Click Next and then Close.
Result
The uninstall process can take about five minutes. When the uninstall is in progress, the endpoint status on the Endpoint management screen in Dynamic User Protection changes from
Running to Neo uninstall in progress. When the uninstall is complete, the status changes to Neo
uninstalled.
