Neo endpoint status reporting

Added 15-Feb-2021 The Endpoint management dashboard now displays the Neo agent status for each endpoint.

Improvements were made to the Endpoint management dashboard to display Neo endpoint status as soon as installation is started. Diagnostic data for troubleshooting can be downloaded from relevant statuses in Endpoint management.

This feature reduces dependency on the end user and eases troubleshooting and data collection processes from your endpoints.

Supported statuses include:

• Running
• Running with errors
• Installation/upgrade in progress
• Installation/upgrade/uninstall failed
• Neo uninstalled by user/system
