Neo release code

Enhanced protection for Forcepoint Neo endpoints using a release code.

Forcepoint Neo release code is required to uninstall Neo endpoint by the user and to unlock Neo diagnostic tool to enable advanced troubleshooting for Windows. The administrator can generate a release code from the cloud portal for one or all endpoints using the following time restrictions:

Short term (valid up to 1 hour)
Long term (valid up to 24 hours)

Note: Forcepoint Neo release code is supported from version 21.10 onwards.

Note: Uninstalling Forcepoint Neo endpoint using 3rd party tools (like MECM or JAMF) do not require a release code.
