Neo 23.05 Maintenance

The Neo v23.05 maintenance release contains the following fixes:

• Risk override settings were not getting applied correctly on the endpoint after the risk override settings were edited.
• Failed over the air updates for Web Neo Agents 22.10.
• Neo Web periodically spawned multiple system tray icons upon waking from sleep. This issue is fixed now.
• Extensibility feature not working on MS Windows.
• The admin user was able to stop the Neo service from windows services control when anti-tampering was enabled.
• Anomaly detection and the extensibility script policies were not getting enforced on macOS systems.
