Downloading Neo agent

Download Neo agent from the Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway portal or Neo cloud portal, depending on your Forcepoint licenses.

Forcepoint Web Security Cloud customers can download Neo agent from the following locations depending on your licenses:

• If you do not have a Forcepoint Neo license: Download Neo agent through the Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway portal.
• If you have a Forcepoint Neo license: Download Neo agent through the Neo cloud portal or the Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway portal. Configuration of the proxy connect and direct connect modes will need to be completed in the Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway portal.
