Neo is a cloud-managed endpoint that runs on both Windows and Mac.
Request a release code from the administrator before you can uninstall the Neo agent. Complete the following steps to uninstall
Neo agent on a Windows system.
Steps

On the Windows agent, open a command prompt as an administrator.

Change the folder to the location which contains the installer.exe file. For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Forcepoint.

Run the following command: installer.exe /x.

Enter the Neo release code provided by the administrator, then click Uninstall to run the installer.
Result
The uninstall process can take about five minutes. When the uninstall is in progress, the endpoint status on the Endpoint management screen in the Neo cloud portal changes from Running to Neo uninstall in progress. When the uninstall is complete,
the status changes to Neo uninstalled.
