Edit a user

Administrators can view and change user details.

Use the Settings dashboard to edit the name or email address of an administrator or analyst. Only administrators can edit user details.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings view.
  2. Select the Users tab.
  3. Select any specific user from the list displayed.
  4. On the Personal info panel, edit the user's Name, Email address, or Personal info.
    An administrator cannot change their own role.
    Note: A new Helpdesk role is added. Help desk and IT members will be able to access the Forcepoint Neo cloud portal to manage the endpoints without getting access to the user and device activities. ​
  5. Click Save.
