Remove an endpoint

Devices can be removed from your organization using the Endpoint management dashboard.

If you remove a device, it is no longer monitored by Neo. You can either remove a device from the dashboard or from the Details panel. Only an administrator can remove a device. Analysts do not have access to the Remove function.

Steps

  1. On the Endpoint management dashboard, click a specific host.
  2. Hover over the host you want to remove and right click.
  3. From the context menu, click Delete.
  4. On the confirmation box tick the checkbox, and click OK to remove an endpoint.
