Web control improvements

Improved Neo web control interoperability.

• Forwarding of web traffic to Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway for additional applications that do not respect PAC file. For example: curl, wget, brave.
• Interoperability with 3rd party applications (Digital Guardian DLP, F5 Big-IP VPN)​.
• Allow admins to disable SSL decryption on the endpoint.
• Support DCEP without performing SSL decryption​.
• Improved troubleshooting and diagnostic information:​
  • Report Forcepoint Cloud Security Gateway configured connection mode and profile name to Neo cloud portal​.
  • Provide advanced and easy troubleshooting portal on the endpoint. Web control diagnostic, PAC history, and list of most recent disposition requests (for DCEP mode). To access the help portal browse to: http://127.0.0.1:54424/debug.
