Vendor-Specific Behavior

Each AI application provides activity data to AIS in its own way. Review the behaviors below to know what to expect.

The behaviors in this topic come from the application vendors, not from AIS. They are expected and are not defects.

Claude

Claude applies strict rate limits to API requests. If your organization has many users or a large volume of activity, scans can run slower than usual, especially during the first 7 days after you connect Claude.

During the first 7 days, activity can appear in AIS later than normal. Scan speed improves after this period.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT can take up to 30 minutes to publish an activity event after the activity occurs. AIS can process an event only after ChatGPT makes it available.

A prompt or file sent to ChatGPT can take up to 30 minutes to appear in AIS.
