Understanding the No Data Flows Yet Message
Interpret an empty dashboard section and work out whether it indicates a configuration gap or simply no activity.
The message No data flows yet means AI Security has no activity to report for that section. It is an empty state, not an error. The accompanying text explains that the section fills once applications are connected and data is being inspected.
There are three common reasons for it.

| Nothing is connected yet | The App Connectors and Gateway Connectors pages show no connected applications. |
| Connected, but no activity in the selected period | Connectors show as connected and have synced recently. A longer reporting period shows activity. |
| Connected, but inspection is not reaching AI Security | Connectors show as connected but have not synced, or agents are not configured to use the gateway URL. |
Steps

Note which section of the dashboard is empty.

Extend the reporting time period.
If activity appears, there was simply none in the period you first selected.

Open the App Connectors page and confirm that your AI applications are connected.

Open the Gateway Connectors page and confirm that your business applications are connected.

Check the last sync time on each connector.

If the MCP gateway section is empty, confirm that your agents are configured to use your gateway URL.
Result
You know whether the empty section reflects a configuration gap or an absence of activity.
