Viewing Data Security Violation Counts on the AI Landscape Widgets
See how many data security violations each of your connected applications has produced, so that you know which one is exposing the most sensitive data.
Before you begin
At least one AI application is connected, and at least one data security policy is active.
Steps
-
Open the AI Governance Dashboard.
-
Go to Sanctioned AI Apps.
Each connected application has a card showing Users, Detected Agents, Interactions, and DLP Violations.
-
Read the DLP Violations figure on each card.
This is how many times a data security policy matched content sent to that application during the reporting period.
-
Compare the counts across the cards.
Read the violation count against Interactions rather than on its own. An application with 200 violations from 2,000 interactions is a different problem from one with 200 from 250.
-
Optional: Check the DLP Violations figure on your MCP Gateway Connections cards.
Gateway connections report violations too. Those are policy matches on data your agents moved, rather than on content your people typed.
Result
You can see at a glance where sensitive data is going, and which application to open first.
