Understanding the Claude Details Page
The Claude details page shows everything the dashboard knows about your Claude connection.
Where the dashboard card gives you four numbers, this page tells you who is using Claude, what sensitive data has passed through it, and whether any AI agents are operating on it.
To open it, go to AI Security › Dashboard, then click View Details on the Claude card.
Finding your way back
The breadcrumb at the top of the page shows the path you took: AI Governance, Sanctioned AI, Claude. Click any step to go back.
Below it, the application name carries its connection status badge and the reporting period you had selected on the dashboard, so you can see the figures are scoped to that period.
What the page contains
| Area | What it shows |

Reading the summary cards
| Card | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Interactions | Every exchange with Claude in the period |
| Human Identities | How many people used it |
| Agent Identities | How many AI agents were detected on it |
| Total Identities | The two added together |
Reading Top Users
This chart names the individuals driving usage, ranked by interaction count. It answers the question a card cannot: not how much Claude is being used, but by whom.
It is the natural starting point when a violation count looks high and you need to know who to talk to.
Reading Sensitive Data (DLP)
This chart ranks the categories of sensitive data detected in Claude traffic, highest first.
Bar colour reflects severity, with red marking the categories of greatest concern. This is the same classification breakdown you see on the Sensitive Data Exposure tab, narrowed to Claude alone.
Reading Detected Agents
If no agents have been found, the section shows No agent activity detected, and explains that agents will appear once agent identities are discovered for Claude.
This is an empty state, not an error. It means people are using Claude directly rather than through an agent, which is why the Agent Identities card reads 0 on the same page.
