Retrieve Your POL and POS Numbers After logging in to the Customer Hub, locate the POS and POL license numbers for your confirmed order.

You must be logged in to the Forcepoint Customer Hub. See Access the Forcepoint Customer Hub.

In the Customer Hub, navigate to your confirmed order to view the license details. Note the POS and POL numbers displayed for your order. License Details

You now have the license numbers required to register your license in the Forcepoint License Center.

  • For SMC as a Service, only the POL number is available.
  • Both POS and POL numbers are available only for appliances.

Proceed to Register Your License in the License Center.
