New rear port mappings

Once the new fiber card(s) is/are installed, the port assignments will be, from left to right (when looking at the back of the appliance): P1, P2, E1, and E2. Note that if the E1/E2 interfaces are being replaced with fiber cards, the copper ports on the lower back of the appliance cannot be used.
