Select Business Units

When editing an administrator’s profile (see Editing administrators section), optionally select the business units for which this administrator can access incidents. For example, configure the profile so that the administrator can access only incidents from the Marketing and Sales business units.

For most channels, like email and web, administrators can view incidents generated by someone in the business unit. (A user in this business unit sent sensitive data in an email message.)

Note: Business Units applies only to data loss prevention incidents. Administrators can view discovery incidents from all business units.

Steps

  1. Select Business units from Display drop-down.
  2. To filter the lists, use Filter by field.
  3. Select the business units from Available Business units list, and then click icon to add the selected items to the Selected list.
    Use icon to remove the items from Selected list.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
