Configure single sign-on with Forcepoint CASB

The Forcepoint Security Manager allows users to open the Forcepoint CASB portal using a Launch CASB Portal button.

To open the Forcepoint CASB portal using the Launch CASB Portal button, the user logged on to the Forcepoint Security Manager must have an account with the same email address in Forcepoint CASB. When you set up user accounts in the Forcepoint Security Manager and Forcepoint CASB, make sure that the accounts for each user have the same email address.

If you encounter an authorization error when you try to access Forcepoint CASB from the Forcepoint Security Manager, make sure that the account logged on to the Forcepoint Security Manager has an account in Forcepoint CASB with the same email address.
