Updating the agent
If you have previously installed the Forcepoint Agent on your endpoints, you can update to the latest version manually or automatically using a MDM tool (currently Jamf is supported) when a new version is available, or on demand to meet your schedule.
Forcepoint Agent macOS installation can be performed on F1A and F1E. Before installing, ensure you are running a supported F1A or F1E version by checking here: https://support.forcepoint.com/s/productsupportlifecycle.
Before you attempt to update the agent, verify the agent version installed on your endpoints.
To see the agent version installed on your managed endpoints, go to Endpoint management tab in the management portal. The agent version column shows the currently installed version of the agent on each managed endpoint.
