Group SSH Known Hosts in SSH Known Hosts Lists

To allow connections only to specific trusted servers, group SSH Known Hosts in SSH Known Hosts Lists.

You select SSH Known Hosts Lists for each Secure SD-WAN Engine in the Engine Editor.

Steps

  1. Select Configuration.
  2. Browse to Other Elements > Sidewinder Elements > SSH Known Hosts > SSH Known Hosts Lists.
  3. Right-click SSH Known Hosts Lists, then select New SSH Known Hosts List.
  4. In the Name field, enter a unique name.
  5. Click Add, select one or more SSH Known Host elements, then click Select.
  6. Click OK.

SSH Known Hosts List Properties dialog box

Use this dialog box to create groups of SSH Known Hosts.

Option Definition
Name Specifies a unique name for the SSH Known Hosts List element.
SSH Known Hosts Shows information about the SSH Known Hosts that belong to the list.
  • Name — The name of the SSH Known Host.
  • IP Address — The IP address of the server.
  • Port — The port number that the server communicates on.
  • Key Type — The algorithm used for the server's key.
Add Adds an SSH Known Host to the list. Opens the Select Element dialog box.
Remove Removes the selected SSH Known Host from the list.
Category Shows the assigned category. Click Select to open the Category Selection dialog box.
Comment Adds a comment for your own reference.
