Configuration overview of connecting Secure SD-WAN Engines to the SMC

Configuring management connections for Secure SD-WAN Engines consists of these main steps.

1. Configure the Secure SD-WAN Engine in the Management Client.
2. Save an initial configuration on the Management Server. This triggers the creation of a one-time password that the Secure SD-WAN Engine uses to connect to the Management Server.
3. Install the Secure SD-WAN Engine to make the Secure SD-WAN Engine contact the Management Server.
4. Install a policy on the Secure SD-WAN Engine to transfer the full working configuration from the Management Server to the Secure SD-WAN Engine.
