Deleting an Access Policy
Remove an access policy permanently from the Edit Policy panel.
Deleting removes the policy and its configuration. It cannot be recovered, and it has to be built again from scratch if you need it later.
If you only want to stop the policy applying for now, disable it instead. See Disabling an Access Policy.
Steps
-
Go to AI Security › Policy.
The Access Policies tab opens by default.
-
Find the policy you want to delete.
Use Search policies if the list is long.
-
Click the policy.
The Edit Policy panel opens on the right, showing the name, description, source, and destination of the policy.
-
Check that the panel shows the policy you intended.
The policy name appears in the Policy Name field at the top of the panel.
-
Click Delete at the bottom left of the panel.
-
Confirm the deletion when you are prompted.
The panel closes and the policy is removed from the list.
Result
The policy is deleted. The policies that were below it move up, and their numbers in the # column change accordingly.
