Testing the authentication process

Open a new browser window and navigate to the Sharepoint server URL and Sign In via Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) credentials.

Steps

  1. Login as a user and you should successfully authenticate to Sharepoint.
  2. Verify that the URL is in a dashed format with a btglss.net domain (for example, https://sharepoint-bgstg-org.btglss.net/) which means that your Sharepoint traffic is going through Forcepoint Data Security Cloud | App Security to provide visibility and data protection.
