BG-22151	Set System Proxy - Resolved an issue where the SmartEdge Agent displays X mark on the bgtray icon when Set System Proxy is unchecked under the Protect > Forward Proxy > SmartEdge Proxy page.
BG-22759	SmartEdge Agent - Resolved an issue where the SmartEdge agent was displaying unhealthy state inconsistently on several machines.
BG-22962	SE Proxy - Fixed SE Proxy service so that it no longer requires a restart to enforce Add to Blocked devices.
BG-23046	SWG Content Policy - Resolved an issue where websites were getting blocked when accessed through GRE tunnel and when users machine have SmartEdge agent installed as Cloud SWG rule of SWG Content Policy was getting applied.
