Introduction

The Bypass Settings API for Forcepoint Web Security Cloud enables customers to manage SSL bypass exceptions via API endpoints instead of the portal. It allows administrators to:
  • Create SSL bypass settings (category-driven, domain-specific, and IP-specific).
  • Add entries and records to bypass configurations.
  • Update and replace entire bypass lists.
  • Delete bypass settings and individual entries.
  • View bypass settings, verification status, and configuration details.
  • Manage audit trail entries for all bypass operations.

Only SSL bypass is implemented in this release. Other bypass settings (proxy bypasses and authentication bypasses) will be implemented in the near future.
