Use the Email Reports page to set up notifications that notify admins through email whenever specific system alerts are triggered.
An advisory email will be sent to admins when specific alerts are triggered.Follow the steps to configure email reports:

Navigate to .

Check the box labeled Notification Email for System Health. A Group Email drop-down will appear.

From the drop-down menu, select System Health, which is the default option.

Check the box labeled Email Data Leakage Report to Forcepoint Administrators to enable notifications for data leakage reports.

Check the box labeled Do not track user location information to disable user location tracking in leakage reports.
Note: While user location visibility can be controlled per admin role under , this setting overrides individual admin role settings.

Then click Save. You will start receiving notifications in your inbox whenever alerts are triggered.
