Retrieve tunnel information from the Private Access management portal

In the Private Access management portal, look up the tunnel information and review the supported IKE and IPsec parameters.

1. Sign in to the Private Access management portal.
2. Select Administration > Connectivity > Sites.
3. Select your site from the list to see the site-specific connection details.
4. In the IPsec connection settings section, look up the information for the two cloud VPN sites.
   
   
   

   For each connection, make a note of the following information:

   • Tunnel destination FQDN
   • Forcepoint IKE ID
   • Tunnel destination IP address
5. In the Your router details section, look up your local endpoint IKE ID.
   
   
   

   Make a note of the following information:

   • Pre-shared key
   • Value of the IKE ID of the local edge device
