If NAT is applied between the Management Client and a Log Server, you might need to change the Location of the Management Client to view the logs.
The Location to select depends on the system configuration. The
Default selection is appropriate if the Log Server has a specific Location and the Log Server’s Default contact address is correct for your current network connection.

Steps
Click the Location name in the status bar at the bottom right corner of the Management Client window, then select the Location.
