Create File Filtering Policy elements

File Filtering Policy elements contain the rules for file filtering.

Steps

  1. Select Engine Configuration.
  2. Right-click Policies and select New > File Filtering Policy.
  3. Configure the settings, then click OK.

Result

The File Filtering Policy opens for editing.

File Filtering Policy Properties dialog box

Use this dialog box to define the properties of a File Filtering Policy element.

Option Definition
Name Specifies the element name.
Category Shows the assigned category.
Select Opens the Category Selection dialog box.
Comment An optional comment for your own reference.
