You must enable BGP for the Engine, Engine Cluster, or Virtual Engine in the Engine Editor.
Steps

Select
Engine
Configuration.

Right-click an Engine, then select Edit <element type>.

In the navigation pane on the left, browse to .

In the BGP section, select Enabled.

(Optional) Enter the Router ID in the Router ID field.

If you do not want to use the default BGP Profile, select another BGP Profile element from the BGP Profile drop-down list.

Select an Autonomous System element from the Autonomous System drop-down list.

(Optional) To add Announced Networks, click Add.
You can add hosts, networks, or groups that contain both hosts and networks.

(Optional) You can configure the following BGP Monitoring Protocol (BMP) options for the Engine, Engine Cluster, or Virtual Engine in the Engine Editor. It is used to monitor BGP
sessions and send the monitored data from BGP routers to the network management entities.

(Optional) To add a network to the Anti-spoofing pane, click Add next to the Additional Networks to Automatically Add to
Anti-spoofing table.
You can add hosts, networks, or groups that contain both hosts and networks.
