Auto-Tunnelling for WebSocket Traffic Enabled by Default

For new policies, WebSocket auto-tunnelling is now enabled by default. This feature is already available for existing policies but remains off unless manually enabled. Enabling auto-tunnelling reduces the need to configure SSL decryption bypasses for applications that rely on WebSocket communication.
