EI-40978 When generating reports in Cloud Email Security (CES), the system previously produced different numerical results depending on whether “Automatic Time Zone” was selected or the time zone was chosen manually.

The report builder logic has been updated to ensure consistent time‑zone evaluation. Both automatic detection and manual selection now reference the same standardized time‑zone handling process, preventing mismatches and ensuring aligned reporting results.

EI-41574 The Continue page intermittently displayed an outdated German (DE) version, even though no changes were made to the custom or default block/continue page configuration.
