Download the hotfix package and Readme file

Download the hotfix package and Readme file from CustomerHub for your operating system.

Steps

  1. In CustomerHub, go to Downloads > Web Security > Content Gateway.
  2. In the Hotfix list, select WCG v8.5.7 HF06 Content Gateway Fix.
  3. On the Hotfix & Patch page, click Download.
    Extract the ZIP or TAR files to access the hotfix package and Readme file. Use the ZIP file for Windows systems and the TAR file for Linux systems.
