Deploying Forcepoint F1E Outlook Add-in

You must install the F1E Outlook Add-in feature to monitor content when new Microsoft Outlook runs on Windows and macOS.

Note: To monitor content via the Outlook Add-in, the Forcepoint F1E v25.09 Windows or macOS agent must be installed on the system.

The F1E agent leverages the Outlook on-send feature to apply an organizations DLP policy to emails that a user is sending on their endpoint using the Outlook Email client. You must install the Forcepoint Outlook Add-in prior to the installation of the Windows or macOS agent on the endpoint.

CAUTION:
When using the Upload and share option in new Outlook, files are uploaded to OneDrive and shared via a link. This may expose sensitive data if link access is not properly restricted.
You can add the add-in on the account using the xml file. Refer to the table below to download the file.
