System requirements

To enable Forcepoint DLP for Cloud Email, you need the following:

  • Forcepoint DLP version 10.1 or higher.
  • For O365 integration, ensure you have a valid and official Microsoft Office 365 E3 or E5 subscription plan (not a trial version).
  • For Gmail integration, ensure you have a valid Google Workspace license.
  • Make sure that port 25 is open and the firewall is configured to allow email traffic (SMTP access requests) from organization’s email server (Microsoft Office 365 or Google Gmail) to Forcepoint DLP.
  • To enable communication between an on-premise Forcepoint Security Manager and Forcepoint DLP, refer to Integrating with on-premise DLP for Risk-Adaptive DLP.
  • The supported browsers for Forcepoint DLP for Cloud Email portal are:
    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based).
  • To ensure optimal performance, we recommend a minimum resolution of 1360 x 768 and a recommended resolution of 1920 x 1080 for Forcepoint DLP for Cloud Email.
