Possible Error scenarios for Classifiers and Resources Export/Import in v10.3.2

The table below shows situations where a policy may be dropped during export or import because of issues with a resource or classifier. If there is a problem creating or updating a resource or classifier, the import process will fail. The report file is generated with this data, highlighting any changes.

*Policy owners is not a resource type. It is part of the policy configuration which contains resources that may impact the export and import process in case of error as described below.
Note: It is important to review the import process report and search for warning messages which can be reported during a successful import process.

Now the source/destination resources list is empty (these lists can’t be empty).

Custom computer Import Policy System tries to override custom computer’s FQDN on the target system. Ensure that the custom computer’s name (IP or host name) and FQDN are identical on both source and target system. Can not override FQDN for custom computer <name>
