Re-Configuring OCR after upgrading Email Security Gateway / Protector / Web Content Gateway to versions using Policy Engine 10.4
After upgrading Email Security Gateway, Protector or Web Content Gateway to versions using Policy Engine 10.4, existing OCR configurations will no longer function, and OCR will not be performed. To restore OCR functionality, you must re-enable it in Forcepoint Security Manager. See Configuring OCR on Email Security Gateway / Protector / Web Content Gateway with Policy Engine 10.4
