Avalanche Rap Event injection

For the RAP enabled portion of the test, Avalanche was introduced to the environment to inject RAP events to the endpoint server.

Avalanche is a commercial testing tool by Spirent that simulates various protocols and allows full control over client behavior, from the physical network configuration down to the HTTP headers and TLS ciphers. It is located in the DLP lab, where the simulators are running.
