Deploying the agent

This section captures the steps for installing the agent on the endpoints in your organization.

Synchronize your endpoint devices time with an NTP server before attempting to install the agent. Failure to provide an accurate time may prevent the agent from successfully connecting to the cloud.

Note: The endpoint must have an accurate system clock, synchronised with a trusted time source such as NTP. If the device clock is significantly out of sync (for example, more than ~15 minutes), authentication and connectivity may fail.
