System requirements

Before installing the agent, verify the system requirements for your endpoints.

The following table provides hardware requirements for the agent.

Processor 4 cores with 1 GHz or faster
RAM 8 GB
Hard drive space

32 GB for 64-bit OS

At least 3 GB free disk space for operations

Internet connection Internet connection is mandatory to retrieve policies and updates, and to report alerts to the cloud service.

The agent remains fully operational and monitors user activities when disconnected from the internet.

Windows 11 (Intel 64-bit)

System Time Accurate system clock required; must be synchronized with a trusted time source. Significant clock drift (for example, ~15 minutes or more) can prevent the agent from functioning.
