Verifying Client Information
To gather client details, run ClientInfo from the command line:
C:\Program Files\Forcepoint\Forcepoint Agent\tools\ClientInfo.exe
The following details are obtained:
- System and agent configuration details.
- DebugDump and DebugLog files (DebugLog includes cloud-related logs).
- Installation logs in the format: Forcepoint-DBG-JF-WS7-20251113-221357777.zip.
