Resolved issues

SSE-4429	ZTNA connections were not established via hostname on Windows 11.
SSE-10060	The SmartEdge Agent consumed excessive storage.
SSE-10805	ZTNA was unable to connect with Git Bash.
SSE-11633	An internal site's approval page was inaccessible while the SmartEdge Agent was running
SSE-12925	The SmartEdge Agent consumed excessive bandwidth during installation or upgrade, and failed to install correctly in some scenarios. Installation reliability and update behavior have been improved.
SSE-13010	The packet filter driver failed to start when the SmartEdge Agent was reinstalled on a Windows machine without a restart. The agent now recovers automatically in this scenario.
