New Data Storage and Email Location

A new Data Store and Email Data Center (Email DC) will be available in the United Arab Emirates with this release. New customers can select this location as either a primary or secondary data store. . Existing customers who want to update their data storage preferences must refer to Change Data Storage location in Forcepoint Cloud Web Security, and those updating the Email DC must refer to Cloud Service Data Center IP Addresses and Port Numbers. As a reminder, the Paris (FR) data store is also available. Customers who want to update their primary or secondary storage location should open a support case.
