Enhancements to Exception Management
Time-Based Auto-Expiry
Administrators can now set an expiry date against their exceptions for Web categories (including custom) as well as for Cloud Apps. Once the date selected passes (based on the timezone of the policy), the exception is automatically disabled and flagged as expired, eliminating stale rules without manual cleanup.
Ability to add comments
A comment section has been added so that administrators can add organizational context directly on the portal, such as related ticket, requester or reason for creating the exception.
Refreshed Selection menu
Categories as well as Users & Groups selection are now a transfer list (available on the left, selected on the right). This makes select easier and improve the readability of the exception.
