Licensing

Customers require licenses for Forcepoint RBI to configure remote browser isolation.

A Forcepoint RBI cloud license can be purchased as an add-on to any of the following Forcepoint RBI products:

• Selective Remote Browser Isolation: This license entitles customer to isolate up to 10 web categories per licensed user. Following are the suggested web categories:
  • Uncategorized
  • Newly Registered Websites
  • Message Boards and Forums
  • Personal Network Storage and Backup
  • General Email
  • Web Chat
  • Social Networking
  • Parked Domain
  • News and Media

  Customer may choose whichever web categories make sense for their organization, however isolated web traffic must not make up the majority of web traffic. Please see Full RBI tier to cover up to 100% isolation of web traffic.

• Full Remote Browser Isolation: This license permits up to 100% of your licensed users web traffic. You can choose to redirect all web traffic to Forcepoint RBI for a specific user group, such as a high risk department that requires a higher level of monitoring.

For Forcepoint ONE Security Service Edge customers who have an RBI subscription, the RBI service will be enabled automatically. Ensure to create your isolation policies.

For all other RBI customers after you order your licenses, Forcepoint sends a fulfillment email that contains the information needed to access the product, including your Tenant ID, access URL, primary administrator credentials, and license expiration date. If you purchase an on-premises license, then your fulfillment email also contains a license key file that needs to be uploaded to the RBI Control Center when you sign in for the first time.
