Troubleshoot upgrade failure because of running services

Troubleshoot when you are unable to upgrade because the upgrade reports that some services are still running.

Steps

  1. In the Windows environment, check the Services window and stop any Secure SD-WAN Manager services that are still running (Management Server, Log Server, or Web Portal Server).
  2. If all Services are stopped in the Windows Services window, but the upgrade still reports that services are still running, follow these steps:
    1. Set the services to Manual startup.
    2. Restart the computer.
