Enhancements to Cloud Apps Controls

New cloud applications families

10 new cloud application families pertaining to Generative AI are now available, making it easier for Admins to search, select, and apply controls on AI usage and adoption within their organizations.

Increase of limits

The filter limit for unmanaged cloud applications has been increased from 100 to 250 apps for both Block and Allow controls.

Enhanced Selection methods and UI update

The cloud app filter now displays the total number of applications against Risk levels, providing better visibility into the catalogue of available applications. A combo selection filter combining Risk level and application family is also now available, allowing for easier selection and management in addition to search functionality.

Exception handling

Application exceptions for users and groups can now also be defined, providing enhanced controls for managing employee access to cloud applications.
